Bandit Signs-what does Sarasota say about them? 7 Months ago  
Hey all, I just ordered 200 "We Buy Houses" signs. Does anyone know what the regulations are? Does anyone use them? Any ideas would be appreciated. Peace.

I don't use them but I have several friends who do. Use a call center or a track phone for the phone number. That makes it more difficult for the enforcers of the ordinance you are breaking to impose a fine. They call them "Bandit" for a reason. As long as you are a "moving target" it is harder for "the Man" to hit you. Good luck! And by the way... when you get a few homes under contract... I love to buy from wholesalers! Let me know what you've got.
